Our passionate, highly skilled team is driven by craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction. Leading Nextron Builders is Managing Director Ranjit Singh Gir, who brings over 18 years of expertise in high-end architectural home construction—collaborating with some of South East Queensland’s most renowned architects.
Ranjit also has extensive project management experience with multinational firms such as CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing landmark projects for global clients like the University of Chicago, Harley-Davidson, Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, JP Morgan Chase, and Aon. With a keen eye for design and precise execution, Ranjit ensures every project is delivered with excellence and client satisfaction.
